Short -Lived Moments are not at all a Bad Thing

Most people prefer things that last long, be it in love, friendship, property, happiness etc.
Not to say that I would categorize myself as a hipster, I've come to choose for brief, ephemeral matter in any sense.
Learning that hopes and expectations will only tears and wears with time,
its senseless to hang on for eternity to this mindless act.

Humans in general often take things for granted as time passed by, especially when things around had been part of us for quite sometime.
Well, you see. When you're far away from home for a few years studying or working abroad, the moment when you reach home, your parents especially, treats you like the King or Queen, where everything was good, so perfect that you couldn't even believe seeing with your own eyes.

And there goes one day, when you finally decided to come back and settle down in your home, thinking that your family will treat you just the same like when you first came back and that things like washing dishes, clothes, doing house chores, or running errands that is non of your business may initially be out of your responsibilities, all of a sudden came rushing and smashing to your face. Disagreement and misunderstanding take place and people starts to expect things from you. Not only that, they want you to follow their way in handling situations and crisis.

Obviously, we will come across many personalities when time allows people to reveal themselves but I believe most of the time, when toleration reaches its limitation, gloominess and grief will take hold of the whole situation. All this happens because people take PEOPLE/ THINGS for GRANTED and that APPRECIATION has been devalued.

If we could all mind our manners, hold our minds together, be in charge of our emotions, the world would definitely be a better place to live in. Alas, in my own opinion, such perfect scene can only happen in short-lived situation and thus, I 've reveal to you the main reasons I start to love short lived moments in life.

Short Lived moments like travelling abroad, meeting different people like your old friends, new strangers from different continent, are often times when people shows courtesy and kindness. you might argue that people are just being a hypocrite, faking themselves out to lure popularity BUT I have to say, courtesy and kindness are undoubtedly the right way in treating people. Isnt it? Only in short lived moments, people wont take things for granted.

To clear things up, if you know, you could only spend 20 days with your true love, rather than 50 years of your lifetime, I bet you will love her all you can with all your heart. You see, People just wont give all in when they know they have an ample time to spare with something they are dealing with.

All I wish to convey is that many things in our lives that seem permanent may be transitory. If we could all mind our own courtesy, manners and sincerity towards treating other people, we could all avoid excessive sorrow and grief in the future when words of happiness shall be the thing and only thing that dominates the whole human globe.
