here comes the national selection for Kejohonan Seni Bela Diri,
and yet .....i let the chance slipped through my fingers again...
devastated....
i've never been to a selection before....
i had low self esteem last time....
thats y i have no guts to join the selection...
but when i have to courage to do so...
i was not given the chance anymore....T.T

the moral of the story is......
grab any opportunities in front of your eyes....
no matter how the matter seems.....
or how unprepared you are....
juz grab it.....
coz we may not have a second chance .....
opportunities doesnt knock twice frenz.....
i'm one of the examples....

a few things in our lives that we have to give all out and appreciate it.....
1. respect and love your parents while they are still here.....
2. live your life to the fullest for we dont have a chance to live a second life...
3. the most precious things in our life......is not wat we had lost...or wat we cant get....
it is none other but the ppl in front of you now.....and wat you have now..be grateful for it
guys..
4. dun let opportunities walk pass you.... go for it....do your best and let god will do the rest....
